An exhibition of the FOTOGRAFIE FORUM FRANKFURT in cooperation with the MUSEUM FÜR ANGEWANDTE KUNST and ADMIRA, Milano.
The exhibition is curated by Enrica Viganò, Admira and Celina Lunsford, Fotografie Forum Frankfurt.

From June 3rd to August 29th the Fotografie Forum Frankfurt will exhibit The Object’s Dream, Photographs from Chema Madoz at the Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Frankfurt am Main. This show of fifty images from 1990 to 1999 marks the artist’s German exhibition premier.
Not everything is what it seems to be and Chema Madoz ensures its evidence. The exquisitely produced images are enchanting and sardonic still-lives where new worlds arise from the hidden among daily things. Other dimensions led by metaphor alter the perception of an immediate reality. The absurd, the paradox and even wit are found in the photographer’s studio.

Fotografie Forum Frankfurt has organized this exhibition in collaboration with Enrica Viganò, Curator Admira, Milano, the studio of Chema Madoz and the Museum für Angewandte Kunst, Frankfurt am Main.
The supporting partners are the Frankfurt Culture Board, Instituto Cervantes, Frankfurt am Main and SEACEX, the cultural division of the Spanish Foreign Ministry.
