Saturday and Sunday, May 8th and 9th, 10 a.m. & 6 p.m., at the FFF Office, Weißfrauenstrasse 1, 60311 Frankfurt

Everything relating to digital photography: Camera settings, the specifics of taking a shot and the basics of digital image processing.
A workshop to offer a better understanding of the digital workßow from start to finish. Color management, developing RAW data, image processing and corrections, composing, HDR, image output, advising customers. At the end of the day: a better image.

Daniel Henschel started his career as a photographer and producer of a/v media. His work with photography led to a focus on rounding out the "real" image with computer graphics and animations. In the early 1990 he set up the DeskTopPublishing (DTP) and production environment for a design agency, staying on as MD of the section until 2007. He was responsible for image processing, preprinting and training of media designers. Since 2007 he has been a freelance image processor and digital operator. He also holds a certified Epson license to make artist prints (EPSON Æ Digigraphics Authorized Laboratory). He works daily with photographers, agencies and editorial desks.
