The Frankfurt attorney is specialized in press and media law, not to mention publishing and copyright law; he will present exciting, sad and entertaining examples of photography in court.

Felix Damm is a lawyer specialized in copyright and media law, as well as press and media law. He represents clients in legal disputes over impressible reporting and photo publications in the printed media, on TV and radio, as well as in the Internet. He acts as counsel to authors, publishing companies, and ad agencies on all issues of copyright and publishing law, and provides expert opinions on ad campaigns, manuscripts and filmscripts in terms of whether their infringe personal rights or competition law. Felix Damm lectures on copyright and media law in the Media System Design and Media Production departments at the Darmstadt Academy. He published articles on press law and lectures on topics such as the limits of image reporting, architecture and copyright, literature vs. personal rights, and participates in panel discussions, among other things on issues relating to copyright and communications law.
